In my private practice I work with individuals across the age-range (children, adolescents and adults), couples and families. I practise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Systemic and Narrative Therapy.

I see adult clients with a range of presentations. These include challenges in relation to: depression; anxiety; obsessive-compulsive disorders; phobias; relationship difficulties; couple separation and divorce; adjustment to lifestyle changes; physical health difficulties; bereavement; trauma and social isolation. The children I see have a range of issues, including physical conditions with an anxiety component, low mood, behavioural and social communication difficulties, and issues in relation to parental conflict and separation.
